Job Description:

The SWIFT Transfers Specialist is responsible for executing and managing international financial transfers using the SWIFT system, ensuring the provision of secure and fast money transfer services in compliance with internal policies and international standards. They also work on strengthening relationships with external parties and providing technical and training support related to transfer operations through the system.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor international transfer operations using the SWIFT system, ensuring secure and fast transfer services in compliance with internal policies and relevant international regulations.

Send, receive, and follow up on all emails to and from external remittance companies, international organizations, and any external parties involved.
Ability to research and identify opportunities to establish connections with external remittance companies, international organizations, external entities, and donors to initiate new business relationships with the bank.
Follow up on branch and agent performance related to SWIFT transfers.
Train employees involved in SWIFT transfer operations.
Develop training materials for employees.
Submit daily performance reports.
Translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa as needed for internal or external purposes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Business Administration (in English), or a closely related administrative field, as a minimum requirement.
